The nation rankings for the Olympics are typically calculated based on the medals won by each country. The system usually awards points for each medal type, with gold medals worth the most points, followed by silver, and then bronze. The ranking is determined by the following points system:
- Gold Medal: 3 points
- Silver Medal: 2 points
- Bronze Medal: 1 point
The total points are tallied, and the countries are ranked in descending order based on their total points.
We seek your estimate of the total Team GB points at the conclusion of the Paris Olympics.
Entries close on Monday 29th July. Total Team GB medals guesstimates must be received by no later than 4PM on the 29th July 2024.
