IPAF DEMONSTRATOR COURSE
Who is the course for?
Eagle Platforms offer a dedicated IPAF Demonstrator course that is aimed at those who need to demonstrate the safe use of equipment or hand over an MEWP to a third party. The course takes place over one or sometimes two days and at the end of the course, the successful delegate will be able to carry out their role as demonstrator, helping to familiarise operators with safe operating of MEWPs as well as their responsibilities while handling them.
what are the aims of the course?
The training will help demonstrators to understand how to check and maintain equipment prior to and in between work as well as safe and effective operational and emergency procedures. In addition focus will shift to the selection and use of fall protection equipment including harness standards, fall arrest, lanyard use and best fitting, rescue protocol, as well as the latest legislation.
On successful completion of the course, delegates will receive a Demonstrator’s PAL Card, valid for five years.
All IPAF courses are in very high demand, so please get in touch to register your interest, or with any questions you might have.
